I just wanted to thank you and Tanya again for the tour my wife and I attended last Saturday. We went to the Neighbourhood Market and will have to go back there again because we were not prepared for all the food and drinks on offer. It was actually crazy to see it all. I went to the ‘dialogue with darkness’ tour as per your suggestion and it was excellent. I was intimidated by the whole setup but enjoyed the whole experience. I also went back to Diagonal street and although I’ve been there before, I now saw things for the first time.

Dear Jo,I just wanted to say thanks for the tour you did
for us last Tuesday. We were all happy to discover that downtown Joburg is not
at all the nasty place it’s made out to be. My parents were also very impressed
that “such a young woman has so much knowledge, pride and passion about
her city and her country” (loosely translated from Polish) Keep up the great work. I will definitely be coming
on some more of your tours in the future- Magda
